How Deposits and Withdrawals Work

Step 1: Log In
Log into your MoonX account and open your wallet dashboard.

Step 2: Click “Deposit”
Choose the stablecoin you want to deposit (USDT or USDC) and select the blockchain (Ethereum, Bitcoin, etc.).

Step 3: Send Tokens to Your MoonX Wallet
You’ll receive a unique deposit address.
Send USDT or USDC to that address directly from any wallet or exchange (e.g., OKX, Binance, MetaMask).
No wallet connection required.

• The token type (USDT or USDC)
• The blockchain network you’re sending on

Step 4: Your Balance Updates Automatically
Once your transaction is confirmed on-chain, your MoonX wallet balance will update. You’re now ready to trade.

Step 1: Sell Your Coin
Go to your wallet, select the meme coin you hold, and swap it back into USDT or USDC.

Step 2: Confirm the Swap
Select the amount and currency you want to receive, then confirm the transaction.
Once complete, your wallet balance will reflect the updated amount in USDT or USDC — this is now withdrawable.

Step 1: Click “Withdraw”
From your wallet dashboard, choose “Withdraw.”

Step 2: Select Currency and Chain
Choose the token (USDT or USDC), the blockchain, and enter the destination wallet address (e.g., your OKX or MetaMask wallet).

Step 3: Confirm Withdrawal
Review all details carefully and confirm.
Withdrawals are usually processed quickly, depending on network speed.

Reminder:

• You can only withdraw USDT or USDC (not meme tokens)
• Be sure the receiving wallet matches the chain and token
