You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use MoonX. By using MoonX, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Our Services

MoonX provides a fast and simplified platform for users to:

• Deposit USDT or USDC from any blockchain (e.g. Ethereum, Bitcoin) into their MoonX Wallet
• Explore, trade, and purchase trending meme coins
• Receive instant settlement via smart contracts (where applicable)

Note: You are not required to connect a wallet (e.g., OKX, Phantom). Funds are deposited directly into your personal wallet within the MoonX system. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. All trades are executed at your own discretion and risk.

3. Account Registration

To access MoonX features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Deposits & Custody

• You are transferring funds to your unique MoonX wallet address

• All transactions are final and non-reversible

We implement strong security measures, but users should only deposit from wallets they control.

5. Risks and Disclaimers

• Meme coins are volatile and prices may change rapidly.
• MoonX is not a financial advisor. No content constitutes investment advice.
• Blockchain-based systems may experience bugs, gas fees, or network issues.
• Custodial risk exists. While we secure your funds, you are trusting MoonX to hold them.
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws and any trading mistakes.

MoonX is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantees of uninterrupted service or profitability.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use MoonX to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or money laundering
• Interact with the platform from OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions
• Exploit smart contract or platform vulnerabilities

MoonX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to provide consistent and reliable access to MoonX, but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Service may be unavailable due to maintenance or blockchain-related issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on MoonX—including branding, design, code, and media—is owned by or licensed to MoonX. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without permission.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
